Kitchen Vision
Perspectives and details on the food world, refined plating ideas, local ingredients in the foreground, original settings and decorations and sophisticated ambiences framing a worthy culinary experience are more and more the protagonists of images, spreading virally on media and social media.
The choice of combinations and pairings enhancing the raw materials at the basis of each dish goes hand in hand with the search for elegance and aesthetic harmony, expressed in the dish we are tasting. A dish that comes after long study and research, after tastings and continuous changes and shows the careful and concerted work of the team.
Communicating this work guides the final consumer behind the scenes, giving a breadth of perspective and openness to the authentic understanding of a dish.
As Stefano Butturini says talking about his Kitchen Vision photo-shootings, the dish is the final result.
“We are chased, every day, by images of food. Dishes that look like paintings, giving us the feeling of how experienced the chef is and how delicious dishes can be.But what is behind these creations? The dish is the final result, the fruit of passion, hard work, burns, tastings, tests, intuitions and much more.Day after day, the Chef and its Brigade de cuisine create as artists and, as artists, need to know and treat the material. At the basis of everything, there is a deep respect both for the raw material and among the Brigade”.
Kitchen Vision means showing the shades that lead to the realization of the experience lived by the guest in the dining room. It means telling the story of the creation, describing the relationships between the members of the brigade, catching the immersive and present attention that accompanies a dish from the idea to its realization, grasping the devoted care put into every step and every detail.
It means broadening the vision and communicating the entire journey of that dish coming to life and giving its flavors, aromas and colors a more authentic and profound understanding.
